Thanks, Beth, for your kind welcome! I look forward to participating in this important forum -- Mike.
Thank you Beth! I am so thrilled to have found this site and am looking forward to being part of the collaboration!
Thanks for the welcome, Beth! Hello, everyone else.
Our fellowship has just approved our having a booth at a local Green Home and Garden Show. Since eating does impact both home and garden, the UU's thought it would good to let people know that we (the UUs) are interested in this topic. The event is the 31 and we are just getting started. It will fun! and, it's important.
Thank you, I am so happy I found the Ethical Eating site. I am a strong promoter of organic, healthy diet and I am so glad to see that there are several Unitarians who strongly believe in the same mission.
Thanks. We at UUFC have been trying to be in touch with this group for a long time. As a congregations, we have been very active with environmental and related social justice issue for many, many years - it will be helpful to share. Using healthy, local food has been our most touchy and controversial issue - but that is beginning to change with the popularity of farmer's markets.
