Welcome to our social networking website and learning community, designed to connect all those who work for food and environmental justice, as articulated in the Statement of Conscience on Ethical Eating, affirmed by thousands of delegates at the 2011 General Assembly of Unitarian Universalist congregations. 

This platform officially launched in June of 2012, created by members of P.A.C.E., the President's Advisory Committee on Ethical Eating. Our purpose is to advise the President of the Unitarian Universalist Association, the Reverend Dr. Peter Morales, about ways congregations can implement the statement of conscience. We would love your input and contributions to the site and hope you'll stay in touch. In the mean time, we hope you'll enjoy

• Learning best practices for food justice, or sharing those best practices by posting material;
  
• Connecting with individuals or groups doing the work, or recruiting them to your projects; and together,
  
• Picking up skills and resources for action and inspiration, and contributing what you've learned to this site.
  

Together we'll share information, skills, and partners and diver further into some of the moral issues of our time: 

• environmental justice 
• global hunger and malnutrition 
• domestic food security 
• labor 
• animal rights and human responsibility 
• climate change and environmental degradation
• trade and neocolonialism, 

then immerse yourself in controversial consumer trends like going local - fair trade - organics - slow food and choices in animal consumption.

Ready for effective action? If you're a person of faith, check out our extensive resources for congregations, including a potpourri of worship resources, and plan to participate in our growing 40/40 Campaign. And you can take the plunge as an individual or family or as a citizen too.

Keep up with the latest developments by finding (or creating) groups and discussion forums that speak to you.  You can meet other members and even stay logged in so you can chat with them in real time.
